26th March 2020- Company Status - With the ongoing situation with Covid-19 we have made some operational changes within the company. We are however still operational and shipping orders as fast as we can.

We are now operating with two shifts to help with social distancing and are working from 06:30am until Midnight. We are still working as efficiently as we can but there will be some delay with order processing and some orders will not go out on a same day basis. Due to these changes it may take longer to deal with enquiries but we are sure you will be understanding considering the current situation.

There have been a number of news reports highlighting the benefits of jigsaw puzzles for mental health reasons while self -isolating and demand has been huge for these (an increase of 1200%). Therefore we are prioritising jigsaw puzzle supplies over our normal mainstream model ranges. We apologise for any shortages in our normal products but feel this is the responsible and appropriate action to take. All of our staff are taking every precaution advised by the government in terms of social distancing and only travelling to and from work and currently we have had no incidents of illness or self-isolating within the company. The staff are all working longer hours and we are very proud of the teamwork they have all shown.
